IU1-248, a derivative of IU1, is a potent and selective USP14 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.83 μM.
IU1-248 exhibits an IC50 value of 0.83 μM toward USP14, which is comparable to that of IU1-47 (IC50=0.68 μM) and 10-fold more potent than that of IU1 (IC50=12.25 μM)[1].
