Inupadenant (Cat No.:I029397) is an oral, selective antagonist of the adenosine A2A receptor (A2AR), designed to restore anti-tumor immune responses in the tumor microenvironment. Elevated adenosine levels in tumors suppress immune activity via A2AR signaling on T cells and other immune cells. By blocking this pathway, inupadenant reactivates immune effector function and enhances response to immunotherapy. It is currently under clinical investigation for solid tumors, both as monotherapy and in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Inupadenant represents a promising approach to overcoming adenosine-mediated immune evasion in cancer.
