Imalumab (Cat No.:I042526 ) is a human monoclonal antibody that targets oxidized macrophage migration inhibitory factor (oxMIF), a disease-associated isoform of MIF involved in inflammation and tumor progression. By selectively binding to oxMIF, imalumab modulates immune responses and inhibits pro-inflammatory and pro-tumorigenic signaling. It has been investigated in clinical trials for various cancers, including colorectal and non-small cell lung cancer. Imalumab represents a novel immunotherapeutic approach aimed at selectively neutralizing pathogenic MIF activity without affecting its normal physiological functions.
