Iluzanebart(CAT: I040384) is a fully human IgG1κ monoclonal antibody that targets ICOS ligand (ICOSL), a critical costimulatory molecule for T follicular helper (Tfh) cells and germinal center formation. By blocking the ICOS–ICOSL interaction, Iluzanebart modulates B-cell activation, antibody production, and T-cell–dependent immune responses. It is currently under investigation in Phase I/II clinical trials for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and autoimmune diseases. Preclinical studies and early human data demonstrate reductions in autoantibody titers, normalization of Tfh profiles, and favorable tolerability. Supplied at high purity, Iluzanebart is an ideal reagent for research in autoimmunity, immunoregulation, and therapeutic blocking of costimulatory pathways.
