IDO1/2-IN-1（Cat No.:I044148）is a dual inhibitor targeting indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1 and 2 (IDO1 and IDO2), enzymes involved in the catabolism of tryptophan along the kynurenine pathway. By blocking both IDO isoforms, IDO1/2-IN-1 reduces immunosuppressive kynurenine production, thereby enhancing T-cell activity and restoring immune surveillance, especially in the tumor microenvironment. This compound is widely used in cancer immunotherapy research to investigate immune evasion mechanisms and improve checkpoint blockade efficacy. IDO1/2-IN-1 is also studied in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, where dysregulated tryptophan metabolism contributes to immune dysfunction and disease progression.
