ICG-amine (Cat No.: I045354) is a functionalized derivative of indocyanine green (ICG), a near-infrared fluorescent dye widely used in biomedical imaging. The addition of an amine group enables covalent conjugation to biomolecules such as peptides, antibodies, or nanoparticles, enhancing targeted imaging and diagnostic applications. ICG-amine retains the excellent optical properties of ICG—such as deep tissue penetration and low background autofluorescence—while offering greater versatility in probe development. It is ideal for fluorescence-guided surgery, vascular imaging, and molecular diagnostics in both research and clinical settings.
