HKYellow-AM (Cat No.: I045486) is a cell-permeable fluorescent probe designed for live-cell imaging of hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂). The acetoxymethyl (AM) ester groups enable efficient membrane penetration, after which intracellular esterases hydrolyze them to release the active HKYellow dye. Upon reacting with H₂O₂, the probe emits a bright yellow fluorescence, allowing real-time visualization of oxidative signaling and stress. HKYellow-AM is widely used in redox biology, cell signaling, and disease research to study H₂O₂ dynamics with high sensitivity, selectivity, and compatibility for live-cell fluorescence microscopy.
