HA-155(CAT: M089801) is a potent and highly selective autotaxin (ATX) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 5.7 nM. By binding directly to the ATX active site, HA-155 effectively blocks the enzymatic generation of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), a bioactive lipid mediator involved in inflammation, fibrosis, cancer progression, and thrombosis. In functional studies, HA-155 completely attenuates thrombin-mediated increases in platelet-derived LPA in a dose-dependent manner, highlighting its strong pharmacological activity. As a valuable chemical probe, HA-155 enables detailed investigation of ATX–LPA signaling and provides a foundation for exploring therapeutic strategies targeting ATX in oncology, cardiovascular disease, and inflammatory disorders.
