Gum arabic(Cat No.:I017690), also known as acacia gum, is a natural, water-soluble polysaccharide obtained from the sap of Acacia trees, primarily Acacia senegal and Acacia seyal. With a complex molecular structure composed of arabinose and galactose units, it is used as a stabilizer, emulsifier, and thickening agent in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. Gum arabic is valued for its low viscosity, high solubility, and excellent film-forming properties. It is also employed in microencapsulation, beverage production, and as a binder in lithography and watercolor paints. It is generally recognized as safe (GRAS).
