GSK2245035(CAT: I007083) is a highly potent and selective Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) agonist developed for intranasal delivery, with strong type I interferon–stimulating properties. It exhibits pEC50 values of 9.3 for IFNα and 6.5 for TNFα, driving preferential interferon responses. In human PBMC cultures, GSK2245035 (0.01–10,000 nM; 6 days) dose-dependently suppresses allergen-induced Th2 cytokines IL-5 and IL-13, supporting its role in asthma and allergy research.
