GLPG2938(Cat No.:I028091)is a selective and potent inhibitor of autotaxin (ATX), an enzyme responsible for converting lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) into lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), a bioactive lipid involved in inflammation, fibrosis, and cancer. By inhibiting ATX activity, GLPG2938 reduces LPA production and downstream signaling through LPA receptors, thereby modulating processes such as cell proliferation, migration, and survival.
