Geldanamycin-FITC(Cat No.:I045872)is a fluorescent conjugate combining geldanamycin, a potent Hsp90 inhibitor, with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) for imaging and assay applications. Geldanamycin binds to the N-terminal ATP-binding pocket of Hsp90, disrupting chaperone function and leading to the degradation of client proteins involved in cancer progression.
