GDC-0310(Cat No.:I027989)is a potent, selective small-molecule antagonist of the chemokine receptor CCR2, which plays a critical role in monocyte recruitment and inflammatory signaling. By blocking CCR2, GDC-0310 inhibits the binding of its ligand CCL2 (MCP-1), reducing the migration of inflammatory monocytes and macrophages to sites of tissue damage or tumor growth.
