Garsorasib（Cat No.:I045107）is an investigational small-molecule inhibitor targeting KRAS G12C, a common oncogenic mutation found in various cancers such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and colorectal cancer. By irreversibly binding to the mutant KRAS G12C protein in its inactive GDP-bound state, Garsorasib selectively blocks downstream signaling pathways involved in tumor growth and survival. It is designed to overcome adaptive resistance mechanisms seen with earlier KRAS inhibitors. Garsorasib is currently under clinical evaluation and is supplied for research into RAS pathway modulation and targeted cancer therapy development.
