FT3967385（Cat No.:I045147）, or FT385, is a novel USP30 deubiquitinase inhibitor characterized by high potency (biochemical IC₅₀ ≈ 1.5 nM) and exceptional selectivity among USP enzymes. It mimics the genetic deletion of USP30, triggering the PINK1–Parkin pathway to amplify mitochondrial ubiquitination and enhance basal mitophagy, particularly marked by ubiquitination of proteins like TOM20.
