FOXM1-IN-1 (Cat No.: I042378) is a selective small-molecule inhibitor targeting FOXM1 (Forkhead Box M1), a transcription factor critically involved in cell cycle progression, DNA repair, and tumorigenesis. Overexpressed in various cancers, FOXM1 promotes cancer cell proliferation, metastasis, and therapy resistance. By inhibiting FOXM1, FOXM1-IN-1 downregulates its downstream gene targets, leading to impaired tumor growth and enhanced sensitivity to chemotherapy. This compound is widely used in cancer research to explore FOXM1-driven oncogenic pathways and to evaluate new therapeutic strategies for targeting transcription factor dysregulation.
