FLT3-IN-10（Cat No.:I045297）is a potent, selective small-molecule inhibitor of FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3), a receptor tyrosine kinase frequently mutated or overexpressed in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). By blocking FLT3 signaling, it suppresses downstream pathways that promote leukemic cell proliferation, survival, and resistance to apoptosis. FLT3-IN-10 demonstrates strong activity against both wild-type and mutant FLT3, including internal tandem duplication (ITD) variants.
