FGFR2-IN-2(Cat No.:I044157)is a selective small-molecule inhibitor targeting fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2), a tyrosine kinase involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and angiogenesis. Dysregulation or mutation of FGFR2 is implicated in various cancers, including cholangiocarcinoma, endometrial, and gastric cancers. FGFR2-IN-2 binds to the ATP-binding site of the kinase domain, blocking downstream signaling pathways such as MAPK and PI3K/AKT.
