Fetuin（Cat No.:I014854）, derived from fetal bovine serum (FBS), is a glycoprotein belonging to the cystatin superfamily, widely used in biochemical and cell culture research. It functions as a potent inhibitor of insulin receptor tyrosine kinase activity, modulating insulin signaling and metabolic processes. Fetuin also plays roles in mineral metabolism by inhibiting ectopic calcification, and in inflammation through interactions with toll-like receptors.
