EZM0414 TFA(Cat No.:I044495)is the trifluoroacetate salt form of EZM0414, an orally bioavailable, selective inhibitor of the SETD2 methyltransferase. SETD2 is responsible for trimethylation of histone H3 at lysine 36 (H3K36me3), a key epigenetic mark involved in transcriptional regulation and genome stability. EZM0414 targets cancers with SETD2 dysregulation, such as multiple myeloma and certain solid tumors. By inhibiting SETD2, EZM0414 disrupts oncogenic transcriptional programs and impairs cancer cell survival. The TFA salt enhances solubility and stability, making it suitable for in vivo studies and preclinical development in epigenetic cancer therapy.
