Exametazime（Cat No.:M008426）, also known as hexamethylpropyleneamine oxime (HMPAO), is a lipophilic radiopharmaceutical compound with the molecular formula C13H28N4O2, used primarily in nuclear medicine for brain imaging. When labeled with technetium-99m (as Tc-99m exametazime), it crosses the blood-brain barrier and localizes in brain tissue, allowing assessment of regional cerebral blood flow via SPECT (single-photon emission computed tomography).
