ER-Tracker Red（Cat No.:I043960）is a cell-permeant fluorescent dye that selectively stains the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) in live cells. It combines a glibenclamide moiety, which binds to ER-localized sulfonylurea receptors, with a red-emitting BODIPY fluorophore, enabling specific and bright ER labeling. With excitation/emission maxima around 587/615 nm, it offers excellent photostability and minimal cytotoxicity, making it ideal for long-term live-cell imaging. ER-Tracker Red is widely used in studies of ER structure, dynamics, and stress responses, as well as co-localization with other organelle-specific probes in fluorescence microscopy.
