ER-Tracker Green（Cat No.:I044994）is a cell-permeable fluorescent dye specifically designed for labeling the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) in live cells. It combines a green-fluorescent BODIPY® fluorophore with a glibenclamide moiety that binds to sulfonylurea receptors on ER membranes, enabling selective and high-contrast staining. With excitation/emission maxima around 504/511 nm, it is compatible with standard FITC/GFP filter sets. ER-Tracker Green is widely used in live-cell imaging, organelle dynamics studies, and ER stress or trafficking assays. It offers low cytotoxicity and excellent photostability, making it ideal for real-time visualization in fluorescence microscopy.
