Enpatoran (Cat No.:I026885) is an orally active, selective dual inhibitor of Toll-like receptors 7 and 8 (TLR7/8), which are key components of the innate immune system involved in recognizing single-stranded RNA and triggering pro-inflammatory cytokine production. By blocking TLR7/8 signaling, enpatoran reduces the release of cytokines like interferon-α and TNF-α, making it a promising candidate for treating autoimmune and inflammatory diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus and psoriasis. It is also being explored for hyperinflammatory conditions, including COVID-19. Enpatoran offers targeted immunomodulation with a favorable safety and pharmacokinetic profile.
