(E/Z)-Zotiraciclib citrate(Cat No.:I043964)is a potent oral cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor, targeting CDK9 and other transcription-regulating kinases involved in cancer cell proliferation and survival. It exists as a mixture of E and Z isomers and is formulated as a citrate salt to enhance solubility and stability. By inhibiting CDK9, (E/Z)-Zotiraciclib disrupts transcriptional elongation, downregulates anti-apoptotic proteins like Mcl-1, and induces apoptosis in tumor cells. It has shown promise in preclinical and early clinical studies, particularly for glioblastoma and other solid tumors, supporting its development as a targeted anticancer agent.
