Duligotuzumab (Cat No.: I040372) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets both epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 3 (HER3). By simultaneously inhibiting these two receptors, it disrupts key signaling pathways involved in cancer cell proliferation, survival, and resistance mechanisms. Developed for the treatment of EGFR- and HER3-expressing tumors, including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and colorectal cancer, duligotuzumab was evaluated in clinical trials but did not advance due to limited efficacy compared to existing therapies.
