DSR-6434(CAT: I010678) is a potent and selective Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) agonist, with EC50 values of 7.2 nM (human TLR7) and 4.6 nM (mouse TLR7). In NF-κB reporter assays, DSR-6434 specifically activates TLR7 without cross-reactivity to the structurally related TLR8 or TLR9, confirming its receptor selectivity. In vivo, intravenous administration (0.1–1 mg/kg, biweekly, 4 weeks) produces strong antitumor effects, significantly suppressing lung metastasis in B6C3F1 mice, including complete inhibition at 1 mg/kg.
