DQP-1105(Cat No.:R041508)is a selective negative allosteric modulator of GluN2C- and GluN2D-containing NMDA (N-methyl-D-aspartate) receptors, which are ionotropic glutamate receptors involved in synaptic transmission, plasticity, and neurodevelopment. By selectively inhibiting these receptor subtypes, DQP-1105 reduces NMDA receptor-mediated calcium influx without affecting GluN2A or GluN2B subtypes, offering subtype-specific modulation.
