Dipyridamole（Cat No.:A000297）is a pharmaceutical compound primarily used as a vasodilator and antiplatelet agent. It works by inhibiting the uptake of adenosine and the activity of phosphodiesterase, leading to increased levels of cyclic AMP and enhanced coronary blood flow. Clinically, dipyridamole is used to prevent blood clots in patients with prosthetic heart valves or a history of stroke, often in combination with other anticoagulants like aspirin.
