DBCO-Sulfo-Link-Biotin(CAT: I014316) is a water-soluble, bifunctional bioconjugation reagent combining DBCO (dibenzocyclooctyne) for copper-free strain-promoted azide–alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with a biotin moiety for high-affinity binding to avidin or streptavidin. The sulfonated linker improves aqueous solubility, minimizes aggregation, and enhances compatibility with biological systems. This reagent enables rapid, selective, and bioorthogonal labeling of azide-functionalized biomolecules under mild, catalyst-free conditions. DBCO-Sulfo-Link-Biotin is ideal for applications in affinity capture, pull-down assays, imaging, diagnostic development, and targeted delivery systems, where efficient biotinylation and bioorthogonal chemistry are required. Its design ensures stability, reproducibility, and ease of use in chemical biology and proteomics workflows.
