DBCO-PEG4-triethoxysilane(Cat No.:I016047)is a heterobifunctional linker that combines a dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) group with a triethoxysilane functionality, separated by a PEG4 spacer. The DBCO moiety enables copper-free strain-promoted azide–alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with azides, providing fast and selective bioorthogonal conjugation under physiological conditions. The triethoxysilane group reacts with hydroxylated surfaces such as glass, silica, or metal oxides, enabling stable covalent attachment for surface modification.
