Dapaconazole（Cat No.:I006376）is an experimental broad-spectrum antifungal agent belonging to the azole class. It acts by inhibiting the fungal cytochrome P450 enzyme lanosterol 14α-demethylase, disrupting ergosterol synthesis and compromising cell membrane integrity. Dapaconazole has demonstrated potent in vitro activity against dermatophytes, yeasts, and molds, including Candida and Aspergillus species. Its structure offers enhanced binding affinity and metabolic stability compared to earlier azoles.
