Cyanine 5 Tyramide（Cat No.:I044500）is a fluorescent dye conjugate used in tyramide signal amplification (TSA) assays for sensitive and specific detection of low-abundance targets in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and in situ hybridization (ISH). It combines a Cyanine 5 fluorophore, which emits in the far-red spectrum, with a tyramide group that is enzymatically activated by horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Once activated, it covalently binds to nearby tyrosine residues, resulting in highly localized and permanent signal deposition. Cyanine 5 Tyramide enables multiplex imaging with minimal background and excellent photostability, ideal for complex tissue analysis.
