Cy5.5 DBCO (Cat No.: I042588) is a far-red fluorescent dye conjugated to dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO), enabling copper-free click chemistry via strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC). This bioorthogonal reagent allows efficient, non-toxic labeling of azide-modified biomolecules in live cells or in vivo systems.
