CU06-1004 (Sac-1004)(CAT: I040575) is an orally active small molecule that targets endothelial dysfunction. It exerts its therapeutic effects by inhibiting vascular hyperpermeability and suppressing inflammation, thereby restoring endothelial barrier integrity. CU06-1004 has demonstrated strong efficacy in reducing vascular leakage and inflammation across multiple animal models, including those of diabetic retinopathy, stroke, cancer, and inflammatory bowel disease.
