CRTh2 antagonist 2(CAT: I022294) is a potent small-molecule inhibitor of the chemoattractant receptor-homologous molecule expressed on Th2 cells (CRTh2, also known as DP2 or GPR44). By blocking CRTh2-mediated signaling, this compound interferes with prostaglandin D₂–induced activation and migration of Th2 lymphocytes, eosinophils, and basophils. CRTh2 antagonist 2 is widely studied in the context of allergic inflammation, asthma, and atopic diseases, where Th2-driven immune responses contribute to pathology.
