Cemsidomide (Cat No.:I044039) is a novel cereblon E3 ligase modulator (CELMoD) with potent immunomodulatory and anti-cancer properties. It selectively targets the degradation of Ikaros and Aiolos transcription factors, leading to enhanced T-cell and natural killer (NK) cell activity while directly inducing apoptosis in malignant cells. Cemsidomide shows strong efficacy in preclinical models of multiple myeloma, particularly in cases resistant to earlier immunomodulatory drugs like lenalidomide and pomalidomide.
