CCR8 antagonist 1（Cat No.:I044065）is a potent and selective small-molecule inhibitor targeting C-C chemokine receptor 8 (CCR8), a G protein-coupled receptor involved in immune cell trafficking and tumor immune evasion. By blocking CCR8, this antagonist interferes with T regulatory cell (Treg) recruitment within the tumor microenvironment, promoting anti-tumor immune responses. It is of particular interest in cancer immunotherapy, especially for enhancing the efficacy of immune checkpoint blockade.
