BRD4 degrader AT1（Cat No.:I020105） is a potent and selective degrader of Bromodomain-containing protein 4 (Brd4), developed using the Proteolysis-Targeting Chimera (PROTAC) technology. It exhibits a high affinity (Kd of 44 nM) for the second bromodomain (Brd4BD2) of Brd4 within cells. By utilizing the PROTAC strategy, AT1 induces the targeted degradation of Brd4 protein, leading to inhibition of its biological functions.
