BRD0639 (Cat No.: I045379) is a selective inhibitor of the protein methyltransferase SMYD3, an epigenetic regulator involved in transcriptional activation, cell proliferation, and oncogenesis. By targeting SMYD3’s methyltransferase activity, BRD0639 disrupts the methylation of histone and non-histone proteins, leading to altered gene expression in cancer cells.
