Bleselumab (Cat No.: I042446) is a fully human monoclonal antibody that targets CD40, a co-stimulatory receptor expressed on antigen-presenting cells involved in immune activation. By blocking the CD40–CD154 interaction, Bleselumab suppresses T cell-mediated immune responses, making it a promising immunosuppressive agent for preventing transplant rejection and treating autoimmune diseases. It offers a non-depleting, selective approach to immune modulation, preserving overall immune function. Bleselumab is under investigation in clinical trials for kidney transplantation and other conditions requiring controlled immune regulation.
