Bis-sulfone-PEG4-DBCO(Cat No.:I044567)is a multifunctional crosslinker featuring a dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) moiety, a PEG4 spacer, and a bis-sulfone group. The DBCO enables copper-free strain-promoted azide-alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with azide-containing biomolecules, ideal for bioorthogonal labeling in live-cell environments. The bis-sulfone group reacts with reduced disulfides in proteins, allowing site-specific crosslinking to thiols.
