Belumosudil mesylate（Cat No.:I015034）is a selective inhibitor of Rho-associated coiled-coil containing protein kinase 2 (ROCK2), an enzyme involved in cytoskeletal dynamics, immune regulation, and fibrotic processes. By blocking ROCK2 activity, belumosudil modulates pro-inflammatory signaling, T-cell differentiation, and tissue fibrosis. Clinically, it has been approved for the treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD), where immune dysregulation drives pathology.
