BEC2（Cat No.:I044123）is an anti-idiotypic monoclonal antibody that mimics the ganglioside GD3, a tumor-associated antigen overexpressed in various cancers, including small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) and melanoma. By acting as a GD3 surrogate, BEC2 is used as an immunotherapeutic agent to induce an anti-GD3 immune response, stimulating the production of antibodies against GD3-expressing tumor cells. Often studied in conjunction with Bacillus Calmette–Guérin (BCG) as an adjuvant, BEC2 has shown potential in cancer vaccine strategies.
