BCL6 ligand-1 (Cat No.: I040682) is a synthetic small-molecule designed to selectively bind to the B-cell lymphoma 6 (BCL6) transcriptional repressor, a key regulator of germinal center B cell development and implicated in B-cell lymphomas and certain solid tumors. By disrupting BCL6’s interaction with corepressors, BCL6 ligand-1 inhibits its transcriptional repression activity, promoting apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in cancer cells. It is used in preclinical research to study BCL6-driven oncogenic pathways and as a lead compound for developing targeted anticancer therapies.
