Azide-PEG4-VC-PAB-Doxorubicin(Cat No.:I045867)is a cleavable linker–drug construct designed for antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) and targeted delivery applications. It features an azide group for bioorthogonal conjugation via click chemistry, a PEG4 spacer to enhance solubility and flexibility, and a valine-citrulline (VC) dipeptide linker with a p-aminobenzyl (PAB) self-immolative spacer. Upon protease-mediated cleavage, active doxorubicin, a DNA-intercalating cytotoxic agent, is efficiently released at the tumor site. This modular design enables precise conjugation, controlled drug release, and the development of next-generation ADC-based therapeutic strategies.
