Avibactam (Cat No.: I045321) is a non-β-lactam β-lactamase inhibitor that restores the efficacy of β-lactam antibiotics against resistant Gram-negative bacteria by inhibiting class A, C, and some D β-lactamases. It is commonly used in combination therapies like ceftazidime-avibactam for multidrug-resistant infections. Tomilopil (also known as RO7049389) is a capsid assembly modulator developed for hepatitis B virus (HBV) treatment, targeting viral replication at the core protein level.
