ATG7-IN-1(Cat No.:I045145)is a selective small-molecule inhibitor of autophagy-related protein 7 (ATG7), a key E1-like enzyme involved in the autophagy pathway. By blocking ATG7 activity, ATG7-IN-1 disrupts the conjugation of ATG12 and LC3 proteins, thereby inhibiting autophagosome formation and impairing autophagic flux. It is used to study the role of autophagy in cancer, neurodegeneration, and immune regulation. ATG7-IN-1 enables researchers to dissect ATG7-specific functions and evaluate therapeutic strategies targeting autophagy. Supplied for research into autophagy modulation, cell survival mechanisms, and lysosomal degradation pathways.
