ART615（Cat No.:I045188）is a potent, selective inhibitor of tankyrase 1 and 2 (TNKS1/2), poly(ADP-ribose) polymerases involved in Wnt/β-catenin signaling, telomere maintenance, and other cellular processes. By blocking TNKS-mediated PARylation, ART615 stabilizes AXIN, promotes β-catenin degradation, and suppresses Wnt-driven transcription.
