AMG131 (Cat No.: I002041) is a small-molecule inhibitor of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK), a key signaling enzyme involved in inflammation, stress responses, and cell differentiation. By blocking p38 MAPK activity, AMG131 reduces the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α and IL-1β. It has been investigated in preclinical studies for potential therapeutic applications in autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and cancer. AMG131 is widely used as a pharmacological tool for exploring MAPK signaling, inflammation biology, and novel therapeutic approaches.
